I Chronicles 16:17 Kabbalah

וַיַּעֲמִידֶ֤הָ לְיַעֲקֹב֙ לְחֹ֔ק לְיִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל בְּרִ֥ית עוֹלָֽם׃

And He established it unto Jacob for a statute, To Israel for an everlasting covenant;
